How Do You Measure Success?
Have you ever asked yourself what success means to you? What is your definition? It is commonly accepted that a successful career alone does not necessarily equate to happiness. We know that money cannot buy everything. So, what is your end goal? Have you ever stepped back a moment and considered what you are truly working towards?
For some, the end goal is a close family with children who have been provided for and supported. For others, the end goal is making an impact that significantly improves others’ lives. And for some, it is accomplishing something that felt impossible. Every one of us has a specific and personal vision of what success will look like when we reach that end goal.
Our members at Solavei have a vision of success. Some of the Solavei members wish to share with enough people to be able to quit their second job to spend more time with their family. Some of them are looking to reduce their mobile service bill so they can afford more important items. Some are satisfied with the knowledge that they are sharing something beneficial with someone else. Some see themselves becoming members of the 1K Club and earning a $1,000 or more each month by sharing Solavei Mobile Service so they can realize some of their financial dreams, an accomplishment signifying dedication and hard work. Each member has a different vision of success personalized for his or her life.
I encourage each and every member of Solavei to consider for a moment what you are truly striving for, within Solavei and within your life. Determine how you measure your personal success and the steps to reach it will become clear to you. What is the “why” behind your work?
