As a former homeless veteran (not substance abuse related) I still face very tough challenges everyday. Holding on to what is perceived a normal life is very much a challenge . But so far so good. I did not realize that I was already following some of the principals discussed earlier in your article. I now have more structure to follow so thank you for taking the time to post your thoughts.
